We are investigating a new issue:
Technical teams are currently investigating a new issue which is causing degradation in our Account Management System (AMS).

Please note this is not impacting transactional processing.

What does this mean -
Transactional data from 07:00 (UTC) may not be available within AMS .
The reports generated within AMS may not be accurate post 07:00 (UTC).

Guidance and next steps:
Our technical teams have identified the cause and are working to restore the service.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
